Return and Refund Policy

Uvest Web Logic 優維網站設計 provides digital and professional services, including website design, system development, Shopify setup, social media services, website maintenance, and business integrations. As our services are digital and often customised, they cannot be returned in the same manner as physical products.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

You may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that work has not yet started.

If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing or third-party charges.

After Work Has Begun

Once planning, consultation, design, development, account setup, content creation, research, or other project work has started:

  • Completed work is non-refundable.
  • Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting the value of work already completed.
  • Third-party costs, software licences, domain fees, application fees, advertising expenses, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Project deposits and advance payments used to reserve development time may be non-refundable when stated in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Customised Digital Services

Custom websites, designs, systems, integrations, configurations, social media content, and other personalised deliverables are created specifically for each customer.

After customised work has been approved or delivered, it is generally not eligible for a refund. If the delivered work does not substantially match the agreed scope, please contact us so we can review and correct the issue.

Requests for additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

Customer Delays

Project schedules depend on the customer providing required content, approvals, account access, and feedback.

Payments are not refundable when a project is delayed or cannot be completed because the customer:

  • Does not provide the required materials or access;
  • Does not respond within a reasonable period;
  • Changes the agreed requirements;
  • Decides not to proceed after work has begun.

Recurring Services

For website maintenance, social media management, hosting, or other recurring services:

  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally provide a prorated refund for the current billing period.
  • Work already completed during the billing period remains non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution and may take 5–14 business days.
